In my practice, I have found the following products to be most helpful:
I've reviewed these products below, but I encourage you to read my full review for some very detailed advice. A word on "lube" I'm sure many of you are familiar with the term "lube". "Lube" is actually a bit of an understatement. If you've ever used any type of lubricant, you know that it is really, really good at lubricating the skin. I have even tried it as a mask with some success. You may wonder if there is anything I have tried that is not lubricated with "lube" - and there is. I'm not sure where the term came from - it was suggested to me by a friend. The most common lubricant I've used to try and tighten up my skin is petroleum jelly. While I have heard it used for the same purpose, there is no comparison to what "lube" does to the skin. You will never get a better feeling of lubrication or skin tightening with petroleum jelly. I recommend not using it for anything other than lubricating. I have yet to try the "sugar stick" type of lubricant that is designed for use on the skin.
